1. Our commitment

PlaySportMate is committed to making its website and app accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the related Italian implementing legislation.

2. Standards we target

Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the international reference standard for digital content accessibility.

3. Conformance status and known limitations

PlaySportMate is a product under continuous development: accessibility is a work in progress and not yet fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA across every page and feature. Some areas — such as complex interactive components or content published by clubs and organisers — may still have unresolved limitations. We are working to identify and fix them progressively.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using PlaySportMate, write to us at [email protected] describing the issue and the page or feature involved. We will review the report and do our best to resolve it within a reasonable time.
