What does the 12-month lock guarantee?
Written contract, quarterly invoicing, cancellation only for serious PSM breach (never without just cause). 12-month price lock means budget certainty for your marketing team.
Can I see how the logo looks in the app?
Yes. During the pre-contract phase I send mockups of the contextual placements (home banner, footer, Gold co-branded badge). Founder-signed mockup, not a generic template.
What happens if PSM grows a lot during the year?
You pay the launch price for the entire 12-month lock. Growth is your direct advantage on the same fee. Renewal at the end of the lock at the standard price of the moment.
Can I integrate sponsored tournament campaigns?
Yes. Silver includes 1 co-branded sponsored tournament/year. Gold includes 4 tournaments/year (1 per quarter). The founder selects city, sport and format with you, aligned with your brand goals.
Will I receive performance reports?
Yes. Monthly Gold/Silver report with metrics: banner impressions, click rate, newsletter mention opens, social post engagement. Bronze includes a quarterly report.
How do I pay?
Advance quarterly SEPA bank transfer. Italian electronic invoice. 12-month lock equals 4 consecutive quarterly invoices.
Is PSM a competitor of other sport channels?
No. PSM is a multi-sport amateur sport community: an incremental, not replacement, channel for your media mix. It works alongside sport TV, event sponsoring, retail and social paid.
How long does setup take?
Logo and materials provided online within 7 business days. Founder Stefano manages the setup personally.
